We accept returns only if the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please be aware that customized or personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Returns must be requested within 30 days after the order is delivered. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be honored.

Please contact our customer care team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Returns without an RA may be refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Deductions may be made for restocking fees, shipping expenses, or taxes where applicable.

If your refund is delayed, check with your payment provider first. Our support team is ready to assist if problems persist.

Discounted or sale items can be returned, with refunds based on the amount actually paid.

For exchanges involving a different size, color, or style, please contact us first to confirm availability and any cost differences.

Return items should be carefully repackaged, including all tags and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your package and send it to the address provided by customer support, preferably with tracking.

Restocking fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are your responsibility and may be deducted from your refund.
